다저스, 먼시 연장 18회말 끝내기 홈런…2연패 뒤 1승

로스앤젤레스 다저스가 연장 18회말 터진 맥스 먼시의 끝내기 홈런으로 극적인 승리를 가져갔다.
월드시리즈 2연패 후 1승이다.
다저스는 27일(한국시간) 미국 캘리포니아주 로스앤젤레스 다저스타디움에서 열린 월드시리즈 3차전 홈경기에서 연장 혈전 끝에 3-2로 승리했다.
2-2로 맞선 연장 18회말 선두타자로 나선 먼시는 네이선 이볼디의 시속 145㎞ 컷 패스트볼을 받아쳐 좌중간 담을 넘어가는 솔로 아치를 그렸다.

연장 18회, 7시간 20분, 현지시간 무박2일(오후 5시10분∼오전 12시30분)의 혈전을 끝내는 홈런이었다.
이날 양 팀은 역대 월드시리즈 최장 이닝(종전 14이닝)과 최다 시간(종전 5시간 41분) 기록을 경신했다.
포스트시즌 전체 최다 이닝 타이(18이닝) 기록을 세우고, 최장 시간(종전 6시간 3분) 기록을 새로 쓰기도 했다.
